    Clean, comfortable, no reportable or concernable issues, and more than enough space for our group of 4 adults and 5 children. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. Never had to wait more than a minute for the elevators up or down, and they rarely stopped on other floors, so direct shot up and down. The reserved parking spot is outside as opposed to covered under the building, which actually worked out better. Far easier to get in and out of. To be fair, the rating could be 5 stars as it is exactly as advertised, but it would have been perfect if it had an umbrella and a chair or two included and available, more so to help in saving a beach spot in the morning or if you wanted to sit out on the beach outside of the equipment rental hours, but you can bring your own if that is a big enough concern for you. All in all, great spot, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this condo again.

    This condo was very well stocked with any & all supplies you could need during your stay. It was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is great & the balcony furniture was comfortable too!

    We had a great time at the beach! The condo needs to be updated. The fans in both downstairs bathroom need to be replaced-too noisy. The vertical blinds are missing slats an don’t move easily. The beds were nice and the kitchen have lots of plates and glassware. There we low on silverware.

    The unit was much smaller than the pictures led us to believe and was very worn out, not to mention felt dirty. No space for groceries in the kitchen for example. The other surprise was that it was on the 9th floor and to get to it, you had to walk across a 50 yd cat-walk - anyone with a fear of heights should NOT rent this unit. Sea Colony feels tired.

    We loved this unit. Well equipped, clean, great furniture and the beds were all so comfortable. That is rare. Fit 7 of us very comfortably.
