Accessible by spiral staircase and overlooking the living room, the loft features an open space, a full bath and a separate room too! Central air conditioning, new washer, dryer, new 80-gallon hot water heater and more. Accessible without stairs. 5 flat-screen TVs, DVD, electric fireplace, Wifi.
