Stayed Sep 26, 2024We had a great time. The only downside was the outside pool was shut down in our unit. That was not disclosed. We were able to go to the inside pool and spa next door

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Ocean view but you don’t see sunrise in the summer (June). The unit serves its purpose as we really enjoy being close to the pool and beach. The unit could really be drastically improved with some small upgrades to it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The vacasa representative we spoke to told us all the pools would be open during our stay, which was not accurate. The kitchen needs updating as far as appliances and pots/pans. Otherwise, the property was clean, the view was great, and we had everything we needed for a successful weekend getaway. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here last year, and came back this year. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill somewhat. The door to the laundry area nearly fell on top of one of us as we went to open it. We reported it, and had to move the door to the floor of the bedroom. The master bath has a lot of mold and mildew around the tub. We love staying at Sea Colony, but next year we will be staying in a different unit.

Stayed Aug 28, 2021We loved the decor and the view was great! It’s very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. We loved watching the sunrises from the balcony. There is some opportunity for improvement though. The daybed mattress is not very firm and doesn’t give any support. The curtains in the 2 bedrooms that face the walkway don’t close all the way, so people can see into the rooms as they walk past. Also, the sliding door to the balcony is very difficult to open and close. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, and we would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 5, 2020Great views of the ocean but very dirty bathrooms, carpet and mold in the AC vents. Wouldn't stay here again.
