Stayed Jul 6, 2025The beach condo was perfect for our family. The place had a very modern feeling, great view and very clean. Our daughters loved the access to the pool. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions about the rental and we got notifications about the check in time, which was nice. We will definitely be back!

Stayed May 16, 2025Absolutely perfect! From the location, to the gorgeous ocean view, to the comfortable attractive furnishings, this unit made for a wonderful weekend away! Our favorites would have to be sitting on the balcony watching dolphin and listening to the waves, being able to walk to the Bethany Boardwalk and restaurants plus the wonderful Sea Colony amenities. We look forward to returning!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We’ve stayed at a few condos in the Sea Colony and this one was hands down the nicest. Perfect for a small family. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, place was clean and had a few games/books for entertainment. Would recommend and stay again!
