The owners did a great job of furnishing and decorating this unit, complete with lots of little touches like labels on the switches / appliances and the kitchen was stocked with all they essentials to make our stay comfortable.     We have been vacationing at Sea Colony since 1984 and while our condo was beautiful we were shocked at how much it has changed! The condo was not very clean, not enough staff. Had to wait too long to get an umbrella at the beach every morning. The young men at the umbrella stand worked very hard there just were two of them. The grounds weren’t as clean as they were in the past. No one at the beach ever checked our badges because no employee was stationed there. The sand on the beach was not smoothed out any day the week we were there. The price of the condos and badges have skyrocketed and we felt the place is no longer worth the money.

    The beach house is perfect for a beach getaway! It has great decor, was very clean and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to eat in for a majority of our stay. The only food items you'll find are salt and pepper so bring your own oil, butter, and other seasonings as desired or pick some up from the Giant that is about 10 min away. We loved how close this was to the boardwalk, very walkable from this end of sea colony. We were close to Edgewater (main building) in case we needed anything or wanted to use the late pool. Our only qualm the whole week was the bed in the bedroom (we didn't test the pullout sofa). It is extra firm and very similar to sleeping in a sleeping bag on the floor, as a side sleeper it was very unpleasant.
