Stayed Jun 28, 2025We loved our stay here!! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed & plenty of each item. We comfortably stayed as a family of 5 — the unit was easy to access and in close proximity to the pool and beach. The parking space was right next to the building and super convenient for loading and unloading. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated but the furniture and beds were awful. We couldn’t even use one bed because the bed was broken. Vacasa was terrible with their customer service. It was a lot of money and we felt the condo didn’t justify the price.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Waking to the sunrise and the ocean waves in the primary bedroom. Enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The absolute ease of enjoying the beach, the pool, pretzels delivered on the beach! If you are looking for a relaxing and fun vacation for families with little kids, teens or just adults, this place is for you and this condo is clean and pretty and has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation with zero work.

Stayed Aug 15, 2020Property location was great. Given we are in Covid all of the dishes were dirty - it was as though the cleaning company didn’t run the dishwasher and put everything back dirty. The master bedroom bed felt like it was broken.

Stayed Jul 20, 2018Outrageously expensive for a partial view of the ocean- the unit is spacious and comfortable but when you sit at the table to eat you see a concrete wall- location is fabulous- sea colony has great amenities- the unit has a great collection of board games- we enjoyed ourselves. I loved the lay out of the apartment -
