    The place was clean and tidy but it lacks decent patio furniture, a regular sized fridge and blinds of any thickness on the windows (early wake up). The view from the balcony is great and a nice layout though.

    The ocean view would be better enjoyed by adding a table so guests could enjoy eating there. While the kitchen sports a new coffee maker, can opener, & blender, preparing & eating more than canned food is hard because the place lacks adequate knives. Not much to cut any thing with so be prepared to eat donuts & hot dogs. The microwave works well but the kitchen light dims when it’s turned on which is a bit nerve-racking. The dryer emits lots of rattling- makes one wonder if it’s on its last legs. The hot water barely lasts for 1 shower so be prepared to wash fast. There are few lamps in the living room & the existing ones are dim so be forewarned if you enjoy reading at night. Also the lamps in the master bedroom are quite small with dim light bulbs so reading there is also uncomfortable. Don’t plan on using the kitchen counter area to use for meals because the place lacks bar- height stools. The refrigerator is smaller than average so it doesn’t hold a normal load of food, beverage or frozen items ( especially if you like to keep ice on hand). The dishes, glasses & cutlery are missed matched like they were purchased at a yard sale The air conditioning & wi if were reliable, though

    decent for the price, could use some updates as things seemed to be older, outdated. blinds, tv, apartment refrigerator- needs a full size w/ice maker. needs updsted bedspread- things smelled like an old ladys home.

    Overlooking & On the beach, sunrises right there, cooler afternoons as sun is on other side, clean all tile floors. Kitchen worked, bathrooms worked.

    This place is a great choice for those working with budget. Pics show unit exactly as is. Met expectations based on price. Clean upon check-in. Great view. Big enough to accommodate 5 of us, including 3 teenagers. WiFi never an issue. Just one minor issue that required call to maintenance. If you are okay with not having the biggest TVs in bedrooms and just need a spot for the week at a decent rate this is a great option.

    The condo was very nice. Everything was great about the stay except for the parking. I was assigned one reserved parking space. When a guest arrived they had to purchase 94 dollars worth of beach/pool tags in order for them to be eligible for a 2nd parking pass which was NOT reserved. Sometimes the overflow (non-reserved) parking lots were full & my guests had to ride around for long periods of time till a spot became available. At these expensive rental prices the parking situation really needs to be improved drastically.
