Stayed May 29, 2026Took a quick family trip to get away after a rough month. It was our first time visiting Bethany Beach. Really loved the place and location. Loved that it was a private beach and there was a lot around us. The view was amazing! Only thing we didn't like was that all the bedrooms didn't have a TV and the place could use a really good deep clean. The walls had some spots on them and the carpets had a lot of stains on them. Other than that everything else was good. We also did not like that we didn't know there would be extra fees for the facilities. Which is per person. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The place gave us what we needed! A place to sleep, shower, and have some meals! With sand it has to be hard to keep up with, but the carpet had crumbs/sand on it kind of like it was not vacuumed. My toddler loved the bunk bed room and enjoyed climbing up the ladder. The kid shallow pool was great and we also loved/hated the snack shack. We seemed to always stop by on our way back to the room from the beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House is nice and great location however needs repairs before someone else rents. Luckily we were only there for 2 days so manageable but had we rented for a week would have been disappointed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place was perfect to walk to several pools/kiddie pools and the beach. Very clean and had lots of appliances and dishes to use in the kitchen. We would book this 3 bedroom condo again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a beautifully appointed condo with wonderful direct ocean views. We have never had such a well stocked kitchen or nearly as much living room seating any place else. It was wonderful. However, we had a toilet that we manually had to stop running as well as mildew issues in both bathrooms. When we came into the apartment, the toilet was already running. Perhaps housekeeping should have reported it and spent a little more time working on the mildew.. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.
