Stayed Jul 26, 2025on arrival the condo was clean. It has updated bathrooms and main floor was newer. In general it was a very nice place to stay and would have no problem staying at 303N again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Kitchen well stocked with lots of dishes and cookware! One bathroom is super nice with a fantastic shower! Kitchen is nice with good appliances! Good mattresses in both bedrooms! Decor is dated, living room furniture old and shabby, feels unclean. When we arrived, kitchen and bathrooms were clean but the rest of the place was inadequately cleaned. The deck was Sandy and deck furniture and deck windows appeared to not have been cleaned in sometime. Deck Windows were very dirty! Master bedroom toilet not working when we arrived, but someone came to fix it sometime during the day after we arrived.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Home was as advertised and well equipped with blender, mixer etc. but much too small for 8 guests. Not enough chairs or room at table for 8. Very soft mattresses.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969First time visiting Bethany beach and we had such great relaxing time. We had some cleaning issues in the Appartment, as soon as I called the office the cleaning crew came and the problems were solved! ☺️ We will definitely be back again.
