Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall, a nice place. Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. The master bedroom access to the balcony is a nice feature, enjoyed the balcony rocking chairs. WiFi worked great, good water pressure. Heads up to future guests—you’re on your own for things like coffee pods, spices, beach towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent (there was an uncapped water bottle with about a tablespoon of unknown liquid and “detergent” handwritten on it, so maybe that was supposed to be the laundry detergent?). Every other place we’ve stayed at provided those things—not sure if it’s standard or not. Just kind of a pain to have to run out and get that stuff. Thanks!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great ocean view, comfortable interior chairs/ tables/ furniture surroundings. Generally a very good surrounding - one exception is that though advertised as wheelchair assessable that was not completely correct as both bedrooms have a deep pile carpet which very difficult to manage in a wheel chair/travel chair. If a wheelchair is not required, it is a great unit to rent.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved staying at the house! The location was amazing, beautiful ocean view, lots of activities, the pool was fun for our family and the beach just steps away. Needs new cleaning service that pays attention to detail.. as there were dirty socks, eye mask, and food on the floor and under beds left from precious rental. There was also spilled drink on walls, floor, and cabinets in kitchen. Cleaning company needed to mop floors before we came in. Will rent again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969301N Edgewater is clean, beautifully furnished, and well maintained. The entire home is equipped throughout with everything you need. The beds and bedding are comfortable and cozy. The WiFi is fast! There are plenty of puzzles and books and a few beach chairs. No worries about laundry with the over sized washer and dryer. The view of the ocean is gorgeous from the living room, main bedroom and balcony. The sunrises are amazing from the vantage point of the location of this wonderful Sea Colony condo. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
