Sea Colony Ocean 2nd-floor condo with elevator and gym near beach

We stayed at sea colony resort for the first time and it was a beautiful resort. The beach was spotless and we felt very safe with all the lifeguards watching everyone swim in the ocean and the pools. The condo was nice it had everything we needed for making breakfasts and lunches. And it was nice having the washer and dryer. The air conditioner does make a noise as it turns on but it only bothered me the first night as I wasn’t use to it. (My husband and kids slept through it.) then I got use to it and it was fine the rest of the trip. Over all great place to stay.

Wonderful 1BR condo! The location on the 2nd floor and close proximity to the pool and beach made it super convenient to go back and forth when we needed a reprieve from the heat. In another review someone did mention the loud sound of the AC when it turns on. It is a bit loud initially, but you get used to it and it works great after a long day in the sun! The kitchen is updated with all new appliances, the living room is bright and open, bathrooms are updated. We loved this particular unit and will definitely be back. Another thing I didn't realize until a couple of days before our stay -Vacasa allows you to check in and gain access to all of the amenities until your unit is ready, which was very much appreciated. We were able to change in the locker rooms by the indoor pool and enjoy the day. Highly recommend!

Great stay for individual or couple. The balcony and view of ocean is nice. It’s quiet and close to everything. I did not have to use my car…and there is even a nice gym that I was able to run to on nice trail. Great security too.

The location and apartment was decent. However the AC was very loud and disturbed sleep. As well they were sanding the cement around the property starting at 8 am which made us have to leave apartment - we were never told about this and offered another accommodation but no on ocean like we paid for. Vacasa team was nice but they should kit have rented this out or made this clear.

Porch was nice - shady so great to sit at.

Thanks for a great stay! Beautiful new kitchen in this unit, and the amenities at Sea Colony are awesome. Just a couple of opportunities. Pull out couch very uncomfortable for adults - consider an air mattress instead. We would stay with you all again! Thanks!

Overall, this is a lovely unit and a great location. The kitchen is beautiful and totally renovated. Nice living room. Master bedroom is great. Bathrooms need updating.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, nicely furnished and updated oceanfront unit. Well located and well equipped for all our needs.

The view is incredible and it was spotless. Well appointed newer furniture and modern kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and the pool. Would absolutely stay here again.
