    We had a wonderful time in this unit. It's a little dated, but clean and lovely. Very stocked kitchen. Be advised that the patio is opened to a major route of foot traffic coming out of Brandywine, so there are lots of people passing the unit all the time. If you're hoping for quiet coffee outside in the morning, this is not the unit for you.

    This was our 9th year staying in Sea Colony and this was one of our favorite condos, yet! Very clean. Spacious. Family of 4 comfortably lived here for 7 days. Best blackout shades of any condo on the property. Most comfortable pullout sofa. No complaints and will be back!
