Stayed Jun 4, 2026The view was beautiful- it’s hard to beat sunrises from your bed. The condo was spacious and well equipped. We enjoy staying at sea colony for their amenities and this did not disappoint. That being said, this listing was extremely misleading and not all fees were included, as stated. Hopefully they will change the posting to honestly reflect that. We asked numerous times because the emails were unclear- it would state all fees have been paid and then show a fee structure for the amenities, and we were given unclear responses. Additionally we consistently had issues with the hot water. The breaker for the hot water heater was not turned on initially and would randomly trip throughout our stay. This lead to many cold showers for my family. Even when the hot water heater was functioning you only had a few minutes of hot water before it started getting cold or the breaker tripped. The management company was responsive on site, and sent someone to look at it, but there wasn’t much they could do.
