Stayed Aug 6, 2023We stayed in this lovely condo for a week in August. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. It was a great location for jumping on the tram. We enjoyed the fitness center and the pools. Our beach days were wonderful! Hoping to come back again soon!

Stayed Aug 14, 2022This was our third time renting a place through VBRO in Bethany, and our first time saying in Sea Colony. Our family loved it! The house itself is incredibly comfortable and well taken care of. It was also extremely well stocked and had some great little touches (like white noise machines - which we never needed but were none-the-less appreciated). Sea Colony itself is very family friendly and being able to take the tram to the beach was a perk even though we walked most of the time. My husband and son loved the new gym and I loved being able to walk right to the downtown area to get my coffee in the mornings. The owner was very easy to deal with - though I barely had to contact her because everything was in perfect order. Just got home and already want to head back!
