You will enjoy this beautiful 2 bathroom / 2 bedroom condo immensely. It is fully renovated with all new furniture, modern bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets and LVP flooring. It is located in Sea Colony private GATED tennis and beach community- a quiet, beautiful, well-maintained, rejuvenating, peaceful gem. Stayed Jun 14, 2025This was truly our home away from home! It was my first time booking a VRBO rental—I’m usually a Marriott guy—but this experience may have converted me. The property was exactly as described—clean, beautifully remodeled, and in a great location, perfect for beach days and all of our family activities. The host was incredibly personable, responsive, and thoughtful; you can tell she puts care into every detail. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 6, 2024This was our first time to Sea Colony and we can't wait to return! Natalia's property was wonderful: so quiet and yet so convenient for all that Sea Colony offers. The place was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for making meals. The back deck was a great place to watch the birds and we could walk to everywhere. Stayed Jul 22, 2023Let me start by saying 'WE LOVE SEA COLONY and have only missed 2 years (pandemic) over the last 16 years. We have stayed at numerous condos through out Sea Colony and for the most part have liked our accommodations. Last year we had a unit that was a nightmare and ended up having to deal with the management company on a daily basis. With that being said, this year we decided to rent through VRBO hoping for a much better experience. However, we came into the unit on Saturday for the beginning of our vacation only to be told that the dryer was broken. After several calls from the owner over several days, a repair guy showed up to install a new part (Wednesday). The part was sent damaged and our early 6:45 wake up for a 7pm repair appt. that turned out to be a 12:30 repair could not be done. So we had no dryer for the week. A major inconvenience - there are 5 of us that stayed there. The unit has new updated kitchen and updated master shower. But the kitchen could be stocked better in terms of pots etc. the pots don't have lids that fit and there are limited pan sizes. We tend to cook quite a bit and we found it could be better stocked. The deck blinds had several missing and when we called the owner she was responsive and sent someone over to repair them. The place could have been cleaner...when we entered the unit the first day, the place had a smell that tended to linger the whole week. I bring plug in's and other Oder reducers but they didn't seem to work.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023This was a last-minute booking and we were so glad we were able to find this! Approval of booking was quick and the host is great at communication, she always responded very quickly with any questions and provided us with a ton of information regarding the area and amenities at Sea Colony. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful (pictures don't do it justice) and the size was perfect for us. We were within walking/biking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, and mini golf! We would definitely book here again!
