Stayed Jul 21, 2025Amenities; pickleball, tennis, beach, pools, beach, gym are fabulous. Grounds throughout are immaculately maintained and beautiful. Bethany is a fabulous family oriented beach town. Great restaurants throughout the area.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice, clean, comfortable. Condo is nicely furnished; had all we needed! Has nice screened porch for relaxing. Sea Colony is a beautiful area, great amenities, friendly helpful emloyees.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at Sea Colony and loved the location of this unit! The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the trolley comes right next door! The screened in porch was especially nice to have during buggy hours.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment was so clean, had everything you would need there, and was just steps away from the sea colony tram/buses, as well as the new kids splash pad. We would love to stay again!
