Sea Colony condo with pools, hot tub, tennis, gym, & private deck

Walkable to the beach so you didn’t need to wait for the tram if you didn’t want to, second floor which is great,

Clean, newly updated appliances and well stocked kitchen with the basics for cooking simple meals. Beds were comfy and we didn’t hear any neighbors the entire week we were there. Easy check in/out and can’t beat the location for tennis or beach! Very well maintained unit

The location and amenities and the very well organized and clear instructions made our first visit to Sea Colony and the DE and MD beaches better than we could have ever imagined. We easily did day trips to Assateague, Rehoboth, and Ocean City. And easy trips by Sea Colony Tram over to the beach and other pools. The condo is smaller but well laid out. The bedrooms are good sized and the private deck is a nice addition being on the second floor. It was very quiet and we enjoyed coffee on the back deck in the morning. The one pool was just across the street. Trash pickup was twice a week and you just have to take it out to the parking lot dumpster. The bathroom and Living room could be a little larger but we spent so much time out doing things, we mostly just slept there. Kitchen was very big and had everything we needed. All of the staff we talked to were helpful and kind. Such a wonderful first experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Always a great stay. The home itself if beautiful and just as described. Super clean and a very short walk to the beach. Jill is an amazing host.

Close to the pool and the Marketplace. Great amount of space for a small family. There are no blinds on the slider doors which would be nice for privacy and security. Everything was clean and updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed too.

This one bedroom with loft was worked out well for our family of four. I think the location was perfect as it was easy to get many places by foot or bike (tennis, beach, pools and into town). The furnishings were simple and modern, kitchen was updated and clean and the balcony was perfect under the canopy of trees providing shade most of the day. I'd say given the condo is a one bedroom with one bathroom, it could be tight on bathroom space for a family of four but we managed just fine.

Stayed with my husband and our 2 children. The place was perfect for us! Great proximity to everything - pool, beach and restaurants within walking distance. Super cute decor and clean. The tram stop and pool are at the end of the street - one minute walk! We will definitely want to book here again!

Beautifully decorated and newly updated, thoughtfully stocked up home. Walking distance to beach and many sea colony amenities. The host provided caring touches in the property from all sorts of cooking supplies, a fan upstairs, usb chargers to a beach blanket♥️. This private, spacious condo is walkable to Bethany beach and shops and has all that you could ever want for your beach vacation. Sleeps six comfortably, large outdoor balcony on the 2nd floor, full kitchen, furniture was all new and the place was clean. We were also given a guest pass to access all the condo amenities, which are too much to list. Not sure what else you could ask for, just book it immediately!

This home is just lovely. The perfect beach home that is tastefully decorated with great amenities comfortable bedding and perfect location. Not far from tennis center, marketplace and beach. I would stay here again!
