Stayed Aug 7, 2021The unit was very nice and the complex offered lots to do for everyone. Due to Covid and shortage of cleaning staff tge cleaning was not great. The bed linens were changed, as were there clean towels. The bathrooms snd kitchens were cleaned. However, it was obvious that no one had vacuumed or swept the tile floors. It wasn’t bad, but could tell it hadn’t been done. Unfortunately, staffing issues makes it tough. Overall, we would stay again.

Stayed Jun 23, 2018This property was incredibly comfortable for our family. Teenagers upstairs in the enclosed loft with their own bathroom, tweens in the twin room, Gramma in the den and mom and dad in the master. Beds were very comfortable (I’m The Princess and the Pea). We like to cook, so the counter space wasn’t ideal and there isn’t space for more than 1 to 2 people to move around while making dinner, but the bar was perfect for spectators. Laundry off of hall bath was very convenient. We biked to the beach and did not use tram, but the stop was very close by. Loved taking walks around the beautiful community and teens were thrilled to be able to work out at the gym every day. Pools are well maintained and a nice option for a quick cool off or indoors for a workout. The property is well made and there is very little sound heard from neighbors downstairs or nextdoor. A big thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay and we hope to make it back in 2019.
