Stayed Jul 19, 2025I have been coming to Seacolony for 28 years, and this was my favorite place that I have ever stayed on seacolony property. It was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. Our kids had so much fun.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay was incredibly comfortable from the beds to the amenities. The home and community are beautiful and very well maintained and we enjoyed being so close to the beach but away from all of the noise and busy-ness of the Boardwalk. We truly enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and the furnishings were comfortable and stylish; it felt like we were spoiling ourselves on this vacation! Two happy teens and two happy parents = a vacation win!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall our weekend stay was ok. There were a few cleaning issues we saw like the bed and pillows have stains. The carpets needed vacuum, the dryer vent was full of lint. A few nails outside on the deck need to be fixed. Overall it was ok stay but property needs work.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024Great location right across the parking lot to the splash pad and backs up to a small canal where you can fish. We love the sea colony neighborhood. It’s quiet, so clean and safe! The condo was fantastic. It wasn’t run down like so many beach rentals are! We already decided we’ll book the same place for our beach trip next year.
