Stayed Jul 12, 2025We have been coming to sea colony with our family of four including two kids for a few years. This was our first time staying at this home and we really enjoyed ourselves! This property was very clean, had all of the essentials and more, and was perfectly located for the tram. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 16, 2022I loved the location of the townhouse. The home was well-maintained and clean, and had all of the amenities needed as you would from your own home. Home also tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Loved the deck at back to sit and read or sip coffee in the morning. Smart TV’s in each of the two bedrooms and living room. Parking was not an issue - which was great because we had two cars. Easy walk to the beach, tennis center and pools.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The photos of the listing are accurate and depict the unit perfectly. Comfortable, attractive, in excellent condition. Highly recommend! In addition, the layout is such that if there's noise in the AM when some are awake and watching tv or using the kitchen, it doesn't disturb those still sleeping. It's not a big unit, therefore that got our attention as an unexpected plus. Only negative we experienced is that the AC is on the loud side when running, however seriously cools the condo!!
