Sea Colony condo w/ beach access, pools, tennis, gym, fast WiFi, central AC, W/D

Adorable home. Convenient to everything.

We enjoyed our stay on Starfish Court. The coastal decor fit our beach vacation . The house is stocked with board games and puzzles and the kitchen had what we needed. I would rent it again. It is a second floor unit with no elevator for luggage, if that is a deal breaker.

We had a wonderful family stay. Sea Colony is very family friendly with great amenities.

The beds were comfy and the space was large. It was conveniently located across from the pool and fitness center. The water pressure was lacking in the shower and the water temperature should be increased, was far too cold.

My family and I have been going to Sea Colony for over 21 years. I have always had a great time. The amenities are well maintained and enjoyable. There is always so much to do. Started going to Sea Colony when my girls were just 8 and 6 years. Now that they are adults with children of their own, they still want to go each summer. That says everything

We loved this condo and Sea colony! Close walk to pool, gym, snd shuttle stop. My family’s favorite place to relax was the screened in porch. We would definitely want to stay there again.

My husband and I stayed with our 2 year old for a week. It was nice to be next to the indoor and outdoor pools, right next door. We didn't use the tram but it seemed to be running quite often. The beds were very comfortable. The tvs in every room with access to cable and apps were much appreciated. Everything that is needed for cooking is available. Very quiet. Nice screened in porch. Really nice blackout shades since we all go to bed before the sun goes down! As others mentioned, it was clear the floors haven't been properly mopped. The towels and toilet paper were very low quality. There was not a regular coffee maker, just a Keurig and espresso machine that both required pods. Wanted to mention for anyone else who prefers a coffee pot! It would have also been nice if there was access to a vacuum since we were there for a whole week.

4 unrelated adults stayed here for a weekend of tennis instruction, so it was great to have 4 sleeping areas and 3 baths. Could use more seats in the main sitting area. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us but for those planning to cook, supplies were a bit sparse (e.g. 1 kitchen towel) and we did not find any spices, cooking oils, etc. Floors were not really clean (our socks made it obvious) and bathrooms were surface-level clean but things like glass shower door were clearly not scrubbed recently. Nice to be right across the street from the fitness center for a quick hot tub/sauna before dinner. Vacasa as property management is a PitA; way too many emails/texts, sometimes with conflicting info regarding (for example) checkout details. Also did not like that you have to go to an offsite office to check in.

My tennis group spent a long weekend at 54057 Starfish Ct. With four sleeping areas, the condo was great for our group. Three full baths were also very convenient and the rest of the living spaces were very nice. It was just a short walk to the tennis center and just across the street from one of the pools. We hope to rent this property for next year’s trip!

Loved our stay here. It was super convenient . Beautifully decorated , modern , and kept clean. A few steps away from the splash zone, kid friendly pool. My children and all adults had a great time. We were given the wrong keys and packet at check in but that is not the homes mistake. Luckily we realized before the Vacasa office closed and though inconvenient, were able to go into the home.
