Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved that the property was in great condition as advertised and a peaceful location! We would definitely love to come back to sea colony. The only bad part was not being able to do the basketball courts or the swimming we were told they were closed

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit is well positioned at the end of the parking lot with wooded area on two sides. Easy walk to fitness center and large outdoor lap pool. Recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My friends and I stayed in Sea Colony for the weekend. It was in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed the proximity to town and restaurants. The beach was a bit farther away than I anticipated (across a busy road). The home itself was well-equipped and comfortable. For the price, I did expect a bit more luxury. The linens were very thin and the beds just okay. The table lamp in one of the bedrooms is broken. One of the toilets ran incessantly unless we jiggled the handle each time it was flushed. All in all, it was a nice getaway for myself and my friends.
