Stayed Dec 31, 1969Love the location but there are always things broken that never get fixed. Finally finally replaced AC after suffering the entire week last season.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit is in a nice location - close to Sea Colony amenities and beach, walking distance to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, and a gorgeous view. Overall very clean and spacious. We got used to the stairs (no elevator) and enjoyed being on the quiet end of Sea Colony. Just a few quirks about the condo, like the inconvenient dishwasher and light switch placements.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024THE OCEAN VIEW! We have spent the last twelve summer vacations at Sea Colony. The convenience of this unit, and the other Annapolis Garden Condo's to the number one pool, and the beach, and the view has us returning year after year. Sea Colony is a well run and maintained complex. We will return next year.

Stayed Sep 16, 2023Beautiful larger deck with an amazing view. Comfy furniture and bedding. We had a problem with gnats but not the owners fault. Minor issues kept it from being a 5. The major minus is no elevator. Had to bring everything up an exterior stair case

Stayed Jul 22, 2023The unit itself was nice and suited our needs for our week vacation. The unit could have been cleaned better upon arrival. The paper thin window treatments were not suitable for the amount of heat generated in this ocean front property and the older AC unit could not keep up. Most days the inside temperature reached 81 and never went below 73, even after sundown. We were extremely thankful for the abundance of fans that were provided by management because it would have been unbearable without them.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We’ve stayed at this particular unit about 4-5 times and there’s a reason we keep coming back - we love it. Great view, comfortable furniture/beds, updated appliances, etc. We’ve stayed at a couple of other units but none match this one.
