Stayed Dec 31, 1969606 Dover house was spanking clean when we checked in, with a nicely stocked supply of kitchenware, fully working appliances, and great TVs and wifi. the view of the ocean from the windows was fantastic, bar none. And of course, by renting this apartment, you get the full benefits of staying at Sea Colony with their many pools, Tennis and pickleball courts, gym and many other amenities. 5 stars!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969As usual, the location cannot be beat. Well stocked beach locker, however, there was no room for our beach supplies. The condo itself was decent. The kitchen was not as well stocked as some of the other condos we have visited. The condo was pretty dirty though, mold in the bathrooms, dust everywhere. We were there for two weeks and the hot water didn't seem to be working properly. We called the first Sunday we were there, almost two weeks later & still no response from Vacasa maintenance regarding the lack of hot water. Thankfully, the weather and the beach time were amazing, otherwise, we would have been disappointed.

Stayed Sep 5, 2022The unit was very nice and comfortable. Great location and the Sea Colony complex is incredibly well maintained. I have stayed in other Sea Colony units that offered just a few more updated kitchen appliances for quick use - especially a newer coffee maker or Kurig. Overall a great unit and would recommend to others.

Stayed May 18, 2022We had a relaxing time in a simple, wonderful spot. Thanks for keeping it so crisp, clean and easy. My only suggestion was a safety bar in the walk-in shower. It would have felt safer to me.

Stayed Sep 4, 2021Location was great. The house was great. However the trash hadn’t been taken out before we arrived. The lawn needs to be cut and the house could use some updates.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful view from balcony. Master bedroom large and comfortable. TV’s in every room for kids to enjoy in the evening. Walked to town, miniature golf, ice cream stores, etc!
