Sea Colony 6th floor condo w/ balcony, shared tennis court & partial ocean view

Bright unit with a lot of natural light. Loved having all of the blinds open with great views of beach and town.

No bed linens for pull out couch. Had to call and request. Not enough toilet paper for 2 bathrooms for 6 night stay. Lots of cob webs around windows of sliding doors. Furniture was old and broken/wobbly (kitchen table chairs, coffee table, kitchen drawers).

Beautiful view and well-kept space! We would definitely stay here again.

The location and the view! Condo was right-sized for our family and in the best location for all the conveniences we were seeking, especially access to the beach and boardwalk. View was stupendous!

We loved the view

Lovely apartment on the 6th floor overlooking the beach. We had a very comfortable stay here: my mom, in her 80s, appreciated the short walk to the beach and the fact that you can hear the waves from the balcony. The kids liked the short walk into town and the pool. We didn’t play basketball, pickeball or tennis but there are courts across the parking area. There is a trolley into town that stops two blocks away, and a tram that goes to all the Sea Colony amenities.

The condo is located in a great location and Sea Colony has tons of amenities which make the stays there worthwhile. The condo offers great views of the ocean, has covered parking, is easy to access and has the basic necessities. Check in and payment was simple and straightforward. Rules were clear in advance. The staff at the check in/out desk were very pleasant and helpful. However, no communication was made to me prior to check in that the property was having air conditioning issues. Much to our surprise, when we walked through the door to the condo, we arrived to find a service technician working on the air conditioning unit. While I know some things are out of control of the PM and owner they should be addressed as quickly as possible and if they can't be, then there needs to be more proactive and open communication with the guest. The tech spent a few hours working on it and indicated it was repaired. It was a cool day so we had opened all the windows and got a nice breeze. That night I tried the A/C and found that the display wasn't working, so we slept with the windows open. The next day I contacted Vacasa and was told by the person to close all the windows because some HVAC units don't work if there are open windows. As someone who does home renovations, this was the first time I had ever heard of any nonsense like this. I closed everything up and waiting a couple hours, but the display to the HVAC still didn't work. I called VACASA back and left a message that afternoon. Later in the evening I still hadn't heard anything back so I called again and was finally connected with someone that put in a request to have the A/C fixed. The third day we were there another A/C tech came out and confirmed the HVAC unit needed a part, but they didn't have it so the A/C couldn't be used for our entire trip. This was tolerable the first two nights, but the second two nights it was close to 80 degrees in the condo even with the windows open. There was no offer of any type of compensation to make the stay more comfortable (e.g., additional fans, etc.). Aside from this, my family and I were happy with our stay. The unit was relatively clean, had all the essentials and had amazing views.

Stayed at this property, all amenities were great, bed was comfortable all appliances worked well, heat worked well. View from the property is spectacular.

The view and size of this unit is fantastic. Overall it was pretty clean but it could use some updating. The 2 chairs needs to be cleaned/shampooed and the carpet in the master bedroom needs to be updated. The master bed is firm but comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and the view makes up for these short comings.

The condo was very clean, kitchen was great with all the modern features. Bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Some of the furniture needed some TLC but nothing major. The view was fantastic and made the experience memorable.

Views for days. Loved the location and how quiet it was. Great living space. Some small items could be improved. Great breach stay for family reunion or a quiet week to yourself.

Perfect seats for town fire works. Close to town and all amenities. Nice unit, well kept.
