Stayed Dec 29, 2025Vacasa did an excellent job of welcoming us and making sure we knew where everything was. The view was peaceful and soothing, and, in January, the hot tub was a very nice perk!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025I loved the window-wall in the L.R. providing a close-up view of the ocean and beach! Our location provided easy access to everything, just a few steps to the pool and the ocean beach. The parking space for this unit is the best - a few steps to the building's elevator, and just a few steps to the unit door from the elevator. Reaching the town's boardwalk and shopping district was an easy walk along the beach. I can't imagine a better location for a relaxing and fun vacation anywhere in Bethany Beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at this house from August 17th to August 24th, 2024. This house is great for a couple. The property was clean, nicely furnished, and had a great view of the ocean. All electric devices worked, and towels and bed sheets were clean. I want to recommend accommodating the property with detergent and trash bags. Also, Sea Colony is the best place on Bethany Beach. All their amenities were just great. The beach is spacious and there were not crowded. I will definitely rent this property again next summer. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Close to beach and pool! Close to elevator! Sea Colony has all the amenities you could need!! Pool, lifeguards, trash and recycling, close parking, security, umbrellas and chairs to rent and restaurants within walking distance!! This unit had beautiful furniture and a great view!!!! We will be back!

Stayed Mar 31, 2024First, the good: the bed was amazingly comfortable! The beds in these places are hit or miss but this one is fantastic. There were two different coffee pots of different sizes. There weren't any large cups or glasses, but the kitchen was otherwise adequately equipped. The washer/dryer combo is new, quiet and efficient, the furniture is comfortable and the TV in the living room is enormous! If I had to offer a note for improvement, there is a lot of stuff for a unit this size. There is too much furniture on the balcony, and the decision to stash a bunch of old wall hangings in the closet meant that an already small closet could only accommodate a few hangers of clothes. Large chests crowded the bedroom, and the living room furniture was tricky to move around. But it was all very, very comfortable! Honestly, if it weren't for the lack of closet and walking-around space this would be a 5-star unit, especially at this price. I highly recommend it!
