Sea Colony 5th floor condo w/ balcony, gym, basketball court- partial ocean view

This was our 3rd time and thank god at least the rooms were clean but again the bed was so squeaky. We are not sure if we will return to sea colony. We keep trying each year thinking this year it will be good but again this year bed was an issue. Last time, when we booked at sea colony apartments, they had AC broke and had moved us into a townhouse which was so dusty and our son got sick as he has asthma issues.

Location & amenities great. Also linens perfect as well as kitchen equipped to meet the needs of families on vacation.

The security was good and the staff at Sea Colony were friendly. The grounds were clean and the flowers were pretty. More pools should be open so you don't have to walk so far to get to one.

This property was a good size and easily accommodated our family of three. The front door lock is faulty and difficult to operate, and there weren't enough bath towels. Otherwise, we had a nice time in this unit, but suggest tending to these items for the next guests.

Everyone was friendly

We stayed at 507 Annapolis for a week with our two kids. It was a central spot for walking to a few restaurants or short drive to others. I walked to the boardwalk too-short walk. The beach was beautiful, easy to rent umbrella and such. Pool was nice too, got a bit crowded certain times. Small playground was right there too. The unit itself was very nicely decorated. Great to have the ocean view balcony, washer/dryer and enough space for us all. One of the bathrooms is updated. I am leaving private feedback for Vacasa regarding the cleanliness of the unit - there was much to be desired here and I don’t fault this on owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Nethany Beach and this was a great location for our family! I would def come back again.

Condo spacious and comfortable

Loved the location, loved the amenities, disliked the cleanliness of the unit, couldn’t turn on the fans because there was a large amount of dust collected on the blades. No receptacle in the master bathroom. The biggest complaint though is with Vacasa as we were not fully informed about the access badge requirements during our booking process or at check-in. Went for a bike ride one day and the guard gave us a hard time getting back on the property because we didn’t have at least three badges in our possession. The ironic part is that there is a bicycle gate on the premise where any one can enter badge or no badge.

Excellent location. Condo was very nice and comfortable for 4 adults. This building is the closest to the boardwalk end and we walked there every day. Never moved the car after the trip to the grocery. So many pools and access was easy to all and the beach. Would stay here again.
