What a spacious, clean, inviting home! We loved the enclosed sun room. The furniture was very comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and easily met the needs of our party of 10. Everything, e.g. paper towels, hand soap, tp, dish detergent etc was provided. 2 bikes, ample parking. tram stop across the street. Who could want more?

This unit was perfect for my extended family. The layout allowed them to stay together in one place, but with room to spread out. The dining table was big enough for us to all eat dinner together, and there was enough sofa space to watch a movie together. The furniture was comfortable too. I would not hesitate to book this property again. It was an enjoyable week.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home is clean, lovely, spacious and well-appointed. The hosts provided beach chairs, plenty of soap and toiletries and even two very nice bikes for our use. We have been to Sea Colony a number of times and it never disappoints. The neighborhood is quiet and the entire development is beautifully maintained and clean. Everyone we met was kind and accommodating. The tram is also a great feature in Sea Colony - the stop is right outside and trams run every 10 minutes or so, making it easy to head down to the beach without any parking hassles. The house is a quick walk down to the aquatic center which boasts a nice pool, splash pad for the littles, and large hot tub. We will be back! Thank you so very much for an outstanding experience!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Colony! We love the community and all that it has to offer. The place is very clean and has a great layout with a very nice screened porch, and plenty of beds to accommodate our family. Thanks for a great vacation!

This rental was immaculate. The pictures were accurate. Very spacious. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Loved having the car right at the house. The aquatic center and the fitness center were walkable. The tram marching to the beach easy. The owner was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

My family has been staying at Sea Colony for nearly 30 years and this property ranks among the best if not the best for cleanliness, property owner communications, and family-friendly accommodations and neighborhood.

Perfect fall getaway. Sea colony offers outdoor pools open later in season. Purchasing guest badges and limited parking is only downside. Owner let us check in extremely

Stay was great

Grandparents, parents and grandchildren all enjoyed the home at Sea Colony. Open areas for us to gather and plenty of rooms for sleeping.

We LOVED the layout of this property and it was incredibly clean and comfortable!

The house was perfect for our large family. The kitchen is a nice large open size with both a dining and separate kitchen table as well as 2 stools at the bar. King room on main floor with on suite and another half bathroom on the main level. Upstairs has a king bed with a connecting bathroom that has a full and a bunk bed on the other side. Then another separate full or queen bed with an updated bathroom. 3+ bikes and chairs to sit out, lovely sunroom. Very well stocked with tissues, toilet paper, etc. Super considerate with more available stock in the garage, plus beach chairs. Highly recommend. And lots of books!
