Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is our 3rd year staying at this unit. The cleaning has improved and there is a new mattress (king) this year. Some pillows seem newer and there are still some flat pancake pillows, too. The view is great. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and supplies (and coffee filters- bring ground coffee/no Keurig). I didn’t have to contact Vacasa for anything, which is a first!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second year staying here. It's a great place, but showing some signs of wear/aging. We will still rent it again, but wish there were someone who really cared about the place who can pay attention to the details. Vacassa is responsible for cleaning and we again had issues with this - but when we contact them, they are responsive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is our 3rd trip to Sea Colony but our first in this particular residence. We loved it! They could update some things but you are there for the ocean and the outside experiences more than indoor.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a nice condo with everything you need. The location is perfect. I would have rated it a 5 but the mattress and pillows in the master are not comfortable. They should be replaced.
