Stayed Jun 18, 2025Fabulous location, layout, and overall cleanliness. Fridge was not cold at first and took some time (until the following morning) to get to a decent temp once we turned it to its coldest setting. But it was fine after that, and we appreciate the desire to conserve energy by turning the cold down. Just know this if you bring perishables that can’t be at 50 degrees overnight! We had to throw things into the freezer, which was working fine. Only other minor hiccup was friends of the owners came at 9 am the day of our checkout saying they were told they could get in early. Our checkout was at 10, so it was odd to be rushed out without being informed ahead of time! And for security reasons, we didn’t want to let them in case they weren’t who they said they were, so we had to call management to let them know!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Thoughtfully laid out, clean space, with excellent loft space and outdoor, screened-in porch. This was perfect for five of us and there's a Sea Colony trolley stop right there and the biggest pool/fitness center are a few minutes walk.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025We have stayed at Sea Colony at multiple locations and we really enjoyed this unit. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the kitchen had great supplies. The small twin beds in the loft were more suitable for young kids vs the teenagers in our family. We really enjoyed the puzzles and books as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. Close to the aquatic center as well as the tennis courts. Next time we hope for less rain, but we made the best of it.
