Sea Colony 1st Floor Ocean Front, Renovated 3 Beds & 2 Baths sleeps 8

Great set up beautiful ocean view. Host went over and above to communicate. The place was so nice. We were able to enjoy a nor’easter during our stay.

While the owner was responsive, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The linens rented through the owner’s cleaning company were unacceptable — towels were thin and sheets had stains, requiring us to wash them before we could even use them. Despite raising the issue, nothing was done, and I believe a refund would have been appropriate.While this seems silly, we also expected a crockpot, which the owner confirmed had always been there, but after a few texts, she never offered to supply one. We ended up buying one just to prepare the meals we had planned.On top of that, the owner sent a message during our stay telling us to bring in all of the patio furniture because the resort was refinishing the patios. (This was a first floor- walk-out unit.) This meant hauling four tall patio chairs inside and trying to make space for them in an already small condo — all while managing an infant and everything that comes with traveling with a baby. The owner claimed she had just learned of this, but given how organized the resort appeared, it seems likely she was aware beforehand. If that was the case, she should have informed us at the time of booking and adjusted the rental cost accordingly.We have rented another property from this same owner without any issues, and I do believe she wants her guests to have a good experience. Would I rent from the owner again? Yes.

Well-maintained, beautifully designed unit. Really enjoyed staying here -- easy access to the beaches and pools from this first-floor unit was a real plus.

The unit was very nice and well maintained. Problem reporting issue to the manager. Location was great and close to the beach.

Beautiful, comfortable condo. Lots of extras for the kids like video games and table games. Very well furnished. Owner was extremely friendly and responsive.

We had a great time- the location is great - loved walking out the back door to the pool area and beach. The amenities at sea colony were great- loved the work out facilities down the street.

Everything was just perfect in this beautiful condo! It was so easy to walk right out to the deck since it was on the 1st floor! It was so nicely decorated and all the beds were super comfortable!! The owners were very easy to work with and were available as needed. We will definitely come back again!

We love Sea Colony! Our property was as pictured: beautifully furnished, well appointed, bright and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped.

We loved the condo! Everything you could ask for and more! It is decorated beautifully. Very well equipped in the kitchen. Very clean! Perfect for a long weekend get away with another couple. The location was great...just steps from the beach. Need I do not forget our Host Donna. Communication was so easy, and she was just a pleasure to deal with. I feel like I have made a new friend! This place is 5 stars plus! The only thing we found a little difficult was check-in and that is no fault of Donna's. The name of the shop check-in is in should be mentioned. There is just a little sign on the door that says sea colony check-in. That was our only complaint but once we found it all was a breeze!

Awesome location and great condo!!

Donna (host) was very responsive and keeps up a nice property. With first floor access, you are steps to the pools and the beach. Would recommend.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Not having sheets was inconvenient, but everything else was stellar. Fully outfitted kitchen , comfortable home, updated, clean.

Our stay was great. The location is great. But some repairs are needed. Two vertical slats in master bedroom are missing. Ice maker doesn’t work. Sliding door to patio needs repair.

Condo was very well decorated and roomy. Housekeeping was not great. Hairs in tub and parts of the floor were dirty. Curtain in main bedroom was broken and toilet paper holder upside down.

Beautifully decorated and convenient location

The room is located on first floor and has direct access to courtyard area which had a quick walk to pool and beach. Love the small Town vibe. Great spot for family getaway.

Beautiful weather and excellent accommodations. Would give highest rating. Easily one of the best places we’ve rented in the 10 years we’ve been going to Sea Colony. Great location, clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Very attractively decorated, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable. Wonderful location, exit right onto the promenade area, easy access to pool and beach. Host, Donna, very responsive. Overall, a really good experience, would highly recommend this unit, these hosts..
