    Love the location of this property as it is two doors from the tennis courts which was ideal for a weekend tournament. The condo has all the basics you need for a stay. Stores/restaurants are a close drive away (5 mins). My only complaint is that we found the bedding uncomfortable. This would be 5 stars of the bedding was upgraded.

    The property was nice and location was okay. Unfortunately several of the appliances did not work namely the dryer and the coffee maker. In addition several lightbulbs were out. It did not meet my expectations.

    The property location was great; we loved being close to the pickleball facilities, a tram stop and the activity center plus a great shaded pool. The property itself could use a refresh - we could not get the dryer to function properly and most of the appliances are very dated and the kitchen isn’t especially well stocked for cooking. It met our needs but for the price, could use a few minor and affordable updates (eg warmer blankets, a new cheap coffee pot).

    We frequently visit Sea Colony and have stayed in multiple properties both in Tennis Colony and across the street in the beach condos. Although outdated, this property was fine for a quick trip. I would suggest making simple improvements such as covering electrical outlets with plates. My biggest complaint was the lack of cleanliness. It was apparent that the cleaning crew tossed in linen bags and switched out toilet paper but did nothing else. The previous renter’s sheets were on the bed and their dirty towels were hanging on the back of the door. Their resort badges and parking pass were in the counter. Sand and hair all over the showers and bathroom floors, food crumbs on the floors etc. It was disgusting. We did report this to Vacasa who apologized and offered compensation for the cleaning fee since our time was limited and we could not be away from the property for hours while they re-cleaned.

    We stayed here for our honeymoon. Perfect for just us two, quiet area. Really enjoyed the walking trail, we used it daily. It’s super close to everything and the private beach was great.

    Everything was average/above average except the bed count is wrong. It’s not a double bed, it’s a sofa bed. Big difference. Other VACASA listings differentiate this.

    Location was nice. Near tennis courts and away from traffic noise. Two bedrooms Two bathrooms. Beds were a bit hard with no mattress pads on either. Pillows were good. Carpet was old as was furniture. Deck area has lots of room. TV was small. This unit was priced better than some other ones though. We had good time. Staff took care of dirty air filter problem quickly. Will book again.

    The condo itself is nice, but needs attention. The big one- one THIN blanket on the main bed. Got sick the first night then jacked up the heat for the rest of the stay. The dryer wasn't working properly and the balcony hadn't been cleaned (birds were nesting in the rafters and everything was covered with little branches and grass). For all the fees they charge, I expected better from Vacasa. No check in til 4pm and get out by 10am. And your parking permit expires at 11am so get off the property. Why? so they can sell you late checkout for more money. So you pay for 3 nights but really only get two days to use facilities. Lots of regulations, but there was no real orientation package (beyond a map). We weren't told that almost all the outdoor pool areas would be closed. If we had known how much would still be closed during Spring Break (and in beautiful 70 degree weather) we never would have come.
