Sea Club#12 The Dancing Dolphin~ Pool, Shuffleboard, Fishing Dock, Near Beach!

Property was great. Kitchen had all basics for us to cook and grill out. We enjoyed the more relaxed , less touristy beach. This is definitely more family oriented, quiet and relaxing. This is not the place if you are looking for nightlife and constant entertainment. The only downside was the pool closes at dusk, which is early compared to most places. We enjoy an early evening swim so it was quite the surprise to be kicked out at 8:30 every night. The private pier was nice for the kids to fish from and the beach was a close walk.

Overall the condo was plenty spacious with two bedrooms and two full baths. Everything was clean but a few items needed to be addressed as maintenance items. The complex was well maintained and the pool and fishing dock were both great. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants nearby. Still a lot of construction going on nearby, but nothing unmanageable. We really enjoyed our one week stay in May 2025.

Loved the location. Very quiet area away from all the busy beaches. Beach area was never crowded. Pool was amazing. Never had to wait for a chair or table. Steps to property can be an issue for some. I didn’t notice it in description. We will return to this resort.

We had an excellent stay at Kristen’s place! The property description is spot on. There was plenty of room for us and our 3 teens. The in condo washer and dryer was perfect. Everything was clean and ready to use. And Kristen was super responsive. You have a question, she responds right away! A short walk to the beach, and being poolside was a bonus! If you have a family of 5, you can not go wrong with this condo! Thank you Kristen for a wonderful stay!

My son, his friend, and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The beach was just a short walk away. The condo was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was spacious and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The pool was very warm and inviting. There were a few food places within walking distance. Our family enjoyed the Fourth of July holiday here. The owners texted and shared where we could find fireworks and activities. They were very gracious with any questions. We went to Florida to enjoy the beach and simply relax. This condo was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the condo for a week and absolutely loved it! The location was everything we could have wanted. The condo was exactly as the listing showed and the communication with the rental office, for me via text, was great. Very timely answers to my questions. I would definitely return for another stay.

We had great time during our Christmas trip! The property is spacious, clean & very close to the beach! Kristin is nice and very responsible. We were running out of supplies, Kristin had them delivered to our door even it was Christmas Eve! Thanks again Kristin!
