Sea Club#10 Seascape- Pool, Shuffleboard, Fishing Dock, Near Beach!

The condo was clean and worked well for our vacation. Just a short walk to the ocean and the pool was clean and well maintained as well as the property. The furniture could be updated but in all it was great, would stay again.

Everything was perfect! Clean and spacious condo, just a few steps to the gulf! Big and nice pool! A resort has reviewed your stay at Indian Shores from May 7 to May 17, and you have 14 days to leave a guest review for their property.

We loved our stay at Broadmoor! This is a beautiful, well furnished until. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were very nice with extra pillows and blankets available. The dolphins were very cooperative and showed up many times! Great balcony with nice high chairs, perfect for coffe or wine. It was wonderful!

This was a last minute decision to book at Sea Club. We are so happy we did and plan to return in 2026.

The location was great. Convenient to everything. It was clean. Great view from the balcony. There is beach service you can pay for during peak season. Tighseason.seasoTigparking

We loved our stay at Sea Club condos unit 6! The beach is right across the street and takes just a couple minutes to get to. The condo had a lot of amenities for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and some toys. We drove so we had brought all that stuff with us but it is good to know it's there if you're flying. We had fun fishing from the dock on the intercostal. The condo has a large pool and shuffle board that my family enjoyed playing. Our host Kristin was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was clean and very nice. This was our first time in this unit, but have stayed in other condos at The Broadmoor for the past 4 or 5 years. We love this area, as it is very conveniently located with nearly anything you need just a short drive away. The Broadmoor isn't as large as most of the other complexes nearby, so the beach is not as crowded. Parking is covered, but the spaces are pretty tight, and the parking pass (~$50) is an additional charge. One of the things we particularly appreciated about this one is the larger shower in the master bath! Some of the other units have a tiny shower in order to make room for a tub. We seldom need the tub, so this worked out much better, at least for us. Also, the separate vanity & sink in the bedroom was nice, so that someone doing their makeup & hair doesn't tie up the bathroom. :) The electronic door lock was another nice touch. No key to have to keep up with. The view from the balcony was great! We were able to see dolphins most days. The only problem we had was the ice & water dispenser in the fridge was broken. The property management was quick to look into it. They managed to get the water working (although it wasn't palatable) by the 3rd day, but could not get the ice maker working. We bought bagged ice and bottled water, so it wasn't a huge setback. They said they were going to have to put in a new fridge, so this shouldn't be a continuing problem. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful experience, will be repeating.

We were very happy with our stay at Broadmoor. We would definitely consider staying there again. Finding out how to get to our room was a little confusing as we didn’t know the elevator was in the parking garage lol. But some nice guests pointed us in the right direction. It was a very nice condo and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Very beautiful and clean....parking lot was tight for trucks...I will be back!
