Stayed Jan 7, 2026Living, dining, kitchen, balcony areas are great. Cabinets could be fixed, facing is falling off. Couch needs a good steam cleaning, has some nasty stains. Master bed is very nice. Master bath ... toilet runs constantly, needs repair. Also, replace toilet seat ... very worn. Second bed, comfy beds but creak like crazy with slightest movement. Doesn't make for great sleep. Hall bathroom ... fix faucet and replace worn toilet seat. Very unsightly. AC unit has a constant loud knocking sound which is ok in daytime but, will wake you up constantly. In serious need of servicing. Overall a nice place at a very fair price but with upgrades to the bathrooms, new bedroom furniture, and some cleaning, this would easily be a 5 star property. VRBO Staff were great as always.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025All questions prior to trip were answered quickly and precisely. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived even later than expected (3 AM Florida time) and it was just like getting home…. everything was ready for us and code worked without fail. We hopped right into bed, got rest and went for brunch before grocery shopping at a local Walmart. We were on the beach by 1 PM and stayed the entire day with all the items we needed. They provided plenty of towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys for kiddos such as boogie boards and sand items. We loved the view, I had coffee and did my Bible study every morning while watching the ocean waves on the balcony. The sunsets were stunning… no complaints here!

Stayed Mar 4, 2025We loved this property! The “peek a boo” views were actually really great! I could lay in king bed and see the gulf, from the couch, and from patio. The complex is small, close to a strip mall with icecream shop, few restaurants ( we loved sharkeys), and a souvenir place. Pool was warm. Gulf was steps away. Loved the area was a little quieter then some but a short drive/trolley ride to Clearwater, St. John’s pass etc…Super responsive for small questions we needed answered. Place is very spacious! Def willl recommend this property and all their properties.. till next time….

Stayed Jan 9, 2025The condo felt spacious for five people. Close to the beach. Very clean and plenty of towels. The pool looked inviting, but we couldn’t use it due to the rain. Was there 2 1/2 weeks. Would definitely stay if I’m on the west coast again.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024The perfect beach condo. Watching sunsets from the patio, walking a few blocks to the beach access and enjoying the sugar sand beaches, crystal clear waters, and hanging in the condo filled each perfect day of vacation. The heated pool was lovely as was the entire community. The condo is huge, well equipped, and feels like home. 10/10! Highly recommend.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024The condo was very nice and spacious overall with nice amenities. The pool was amazing for two six year olds and great proximity to the oceanfront. Only improvement I would note is leave more trash bags, toilet paper and soap (we had to buy more and we were only there three days). We would definitely return!
