    The one elevator on site was rough. Too many people to only have one elevator. We have stayed on this property before but this particular condo beds were uncomfortable and the master bedroom had the extra bed in there which was not ideal for our stay. Could offer more dish towels is just a thought. Just had better luck in other condos

    The tile in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms was very clean. The unit was quiet and had an exceptionally beautiful view of gulf. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, plates and bowls, pots, and pans, even tinfoil and plastic bags. The security was excellent as we had to use a passcode to get into the elevator, onto the beach, and into the pool area. There was nice lighting, pictures, and mirrors were at the unit. The balcony furniture was comfortable, and included a couple of small tables to rest drinks, books, etc. on. There was plenty of parking available.The mattresses were quite uncomfortable as they were very soft, some more lopsided, and they were very, very squeaky. The bedsheets were all fitting often, coming off the mattress and buckling. They were also itchy. We had significant difficulty getting the TVs operating and needed to call spectrum to help us. It turns out the plugs were unplugged and the cables were disconnected. We had to be involved with spectrum for approximately an hour to get the TVs functioning, and after we did, the TV in the master bedroom had very poor sound quality.There are no fans in the bathrooms, and only bright lights, no dim ones.While trying to retrieve something dropped under the bed of the master bedroom we saw that the carpet was very dusty and dirty. It really needs a very thorough vacuuming. While moving the curtains over the sliding door of the balcony, the curtain rod came apart on at least two occasions.

    Incredible view of the beach from private balcony. Easy walking distance to St. John’s Pass, restaurants and shops. Unit was dated and could have been cleaner, but rental company was easy to work with and location made it worth it.

    Property is a little outdated but alot of fun was still had. Although it appears to have not had any interior things changed since the 90's it was very clean. The building is set back a little further than some buildings but the sound of the ocean and waves could still easilty be heard at night on the balcony. Kids had a blast and really thats all that matters.

    I echo some of the prior reviews - picking up a key at a separate location was inconvenient, green carpet in the bedrooms is outdated, kitchen arrangment (microwave) on a separate stand by the refrigerator, the condo needs a deep clean (a few dust bunnies hanging from the master bedroom ceiling).... but it met all our needs for our stay. Our greatest disappoinment was that the pool was not open/available as the March 1st opening date was missed. Keep in mind this area was significantly impacted by the hurricanes of 2024 and many condos do not have a pool - and won't for some time. This one should be ready for late spring and summer trips. We did wish there was one more comfortable seating spot in the living room. This complex does use an elevator code to bring the elevator to the ground floor. We did laundry using the washer/dryer on the 7th floor. The washer/dryer units only take credit card so don't worry about quarters. Bring an extension cord if you like to have your phone on your nightstand in the master bedroom. Overall we had a great time, enjoyed the location, and being 1/2 mile walk from Caddy's and John's Pass. Also - the fish market practically across the street had great shrimp and the kitchen had pans for a yummy boil!

    We checked in on Saturday and FINALLY had a shower issue addressed the following Friday! 6 days for a simple fix that caused a lot of frustration for a group of 5 to share one shower. 3 calls were placed and we never did get confirmation that it was even addressed. I paid significantly more to have 2 bathrooms so that was pretty inconvenient. The wisk was broken and covered in rust, there were no tongs, and the place juat needs love! Updates and a serious deep clean are a must! The location and Sea Breeze amenities were great otherwise. Definitely enjoying our stay, juat not this unit!

    We booked 502 and received confirmation. Then they emailed us to tell us they had double-booked and put us in 402. The condo had one less bed than we expected/needed, which made it uncomfortable for our family. However, the biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. Despite the paper strip over the toilet ring saying it was cleaned, there was (presumably) fecal excrement lingering in the bottom of the toilet bowl. It wasn't sediment, because it never showed up again during our entire stay. That was extremely repulsive. In addition, the same bathroom had ants in it, so we had to deal with that multiple times each day when we used that bathroom. The view was beautiful, and TRS was helpful, but the overall stay in the condo was disappointing for what we expected.

    Don't know why you have a code to get out of the pool when you have one to get in. Should list no screaming and running at the pool.

    Staying at the Sea Breeze is always is always fun as we were close to the beach and ocean with easy access and the pool and the hot tub are always clean and a pleasure to use.

    Unit is wonderful. Property is a bit rundown and elevator broke down 3 times in a week. Will not go back to this property because of this.
