Stayed Jul 13, 2024The condo was nice and clean. The elevator is extremely slow- so we used the steps a lot. Beach was beautiful and family oriented. Pool is a little small (but kids swam) and we had issues with teenagers jumping the fence to swim and party (Police were there twice- second time they threw fireworks at our condo-causing more police and fire department)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been coming to SeaBreeze for many years for family vacations and are never disappointed. We have tried other condos from time to time but always come back to SeaBreeze. Location is perfect and accomodations are always comfortable. TRS is so friendly and easy to work with. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Location was great for walking to Johns Pass. Pool and hot tub were great! Beach was not overly busy. Definitely recommend!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Elevator is the slowest elevator and stopped working multiple times while staying that week. Pool/spa is also not very cleanly or sanitary. Property needs a lot of work and had a very poor experience with management company.

Stayed Nov 18, 2023Great location on Madeira Beach. Unit is spacious and nicely appointed, and we’ll come back. It was clean inside but we had to wash down the balcony furniture before we could sit on it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was very clean & everything looked really nice. Owners had everything you needed. Loved the wrap around couch & rocker, very comfortable. Loved the beach, fishing was great. Hope we can return next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Experience was great, despite a few things -- overall, very nice unit that was clean. On the positive side, the baby proofing items were awesome to have and a great idea for other units! We felt like everything else was very clean and tidy -

Stayed Jul 8, 2023The space suited our needs. It was a nice condo, however, there was a ceiling light burned out as well as a lamp broken. The pool is much smaller than it looks online and gets crowded easily. It also was green/murky when we arrived. The elevators feel like a death trap. The location is good. The condo space was nice. If we could do it over we possibly would’ve chosen differently.
