Stayed Sep 27, 2025The host was very quick to respond & helpful. Good location,..homey &.comfortable inside & great price. Two minor issues should be addressed. Toilet seat falls off and kitchen faucet sprayer has a crack.Enjoyed my stay & will definately stay again Thanks again

Stayed May 31, 2025Stayed here for June and July for an internship in North Scottsdale. Amazing location and great furnishings! A quick 10 min walk from Old Town meant I saved money on transportation back from the bars. Quiet neighborhood, close to a grocery store, with shaded parking in the back. Couldn’t have been better. I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Perfect for the two of us. Once we got our directions figured out, it was a great location ad well. Pretty much had the pool to oursrlves for most of our stay.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025The condo was clean and updated. Host was quick to reply to our issues. This is in a very busy area and some of the neighbors had barking dogs. We felt safe sitting outside and walking in the area. The beds could use updating as they were noisy and worn. Overall we had a nice time, weather was perfect and would stay here again. Thanks Carolyn for letting us stay!

Stayed Sep 29, 2024The condo is in a convenient location for the purposes of our trip. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, comfy couches were perfect for evenings in with the DirectTV. In-condo laundry was super helpful. Would be happy to stay here again.
