Scenic Smoky Mountain Views From This Luxurious *Top Floor* Owner Managed Condo

The coffee pot was broken, the sheets on the King bed was for a queen bed. When we came back from driving to Cherokee there were people in our room that said they were from maintenance, but they got out as we all came in.

We stayed at this resort for a baseball tournament for a week and all of the families enjoyed it very much. Our unit was spacious, clean, and quiet. Would recommend!!

We loved when we opened the door and a beautiful Christmas tree welcomed us. Two comfortable lazy boy chairs were very comfortable for us and especially our 94 year old father. The unit was very clean. Five stars all around! Plan on returning.

Easy to find, easy to park, check-in was quick as well. Property is very quiet, away from the noises of the strip. Riverstone is all about relaxing when you get back from your day out and about. The lazy river was our favorite to cool off and just float. The jumping pillow entertained my teenagers as well. Plenty of ducks and geese on property to feed and will eat out of your hand. The unit was quiet, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. We were there for 7 days and wish we could have stayed longer. The 3 bedroom set-up was great for our family with everyone getting their own quiet space to relax in the evenings. The patio was nice, listening to the stream or watching all the people file into Dolly's Stampede.Location is ideal. Easy to get on 441 and head south to Gatingburg or the Park. It took 2 minutes to get to Teaster Ln, which was a quicker way to get to anything in Pigeon Forge than driving on 441.Thanks for allowing us to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stay at Riverstone every time we stay in Pigeon Forge. This unit did not disappoint. It was clean, close to all the best attractions, great amenities. We will definitely stay here every time.

I very much enjoyed our stay and the view in this particular condo! When I arrived, i hadn't yet received the welcome packet, so that took a little research on my end before reaching out to Brad who immediately sent it over to me. The jets in the tub weren't working, but Brad said he'd send maintenence over to look at it. We stayed so busy that we didn't even make arrangements for that to happen. No fault of the owner at all. The only true complaint I have is that the water in the master shower didn't get really warm. I asked my 4 year old Is it warm? She even said no. I absolutely love a super warm shower, so that was a bit of a disappointment. My 4 year old lived the huge master bath tub though! And we couldn't find extra trash bags (i didn't call Brad about this because we just happened to bring a few).But anyway, besides those 2 small things, everything was perfect. There were TONS of kitchen appliances, pots and pans, containers, etc, to where you'd never have to spend money going out to eat. The location was absolutely perfect. Less than 10 minutes from everything. We will most definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful condo & property! Had all the amenities and supplies needed for a wonderful vacation week. Kids loved the lazy river and indoor pool! Fishing in the creek was also a plus.

We are repeat customers because this is such a beautiful spot. The condo is so nice and pretty and my favorite is just sitting on the balcony listening to the water.

We have stayed at Riverstone a few times , we love the condos there .. very enjoyable stay as always !!!

The resort is amazing! However this unit has old springy mattresses, old broken down couch, and worn out dinning chairs. It also wasn’t the cleanest, there was mold on the caulking between tub and tile in the second bath and they clearly didn’t pick up the rugs when sweeping/mopping (if it was even done) as there is a makeup lid under one of the bathroom rugs (we left it where it laid). There was also dirt in the corners of rooms and dust on top of lights, mirrors, and towel hangers. The property manager was very responsive before we arrived and answered all our questions. It was nicely decorated for the holiday and had plenty of stuff in the kitchen too be able to cook. Due the Christmas holiday we chose not to contact the host and just vacuumed the floors our self. With new furniture/mattresses and more attention to the cleaning this would be an amazing unit.

We had a wonderful time staying at this place! The amenities were so well cared for and I was so surprised how warm the lazy river was for November. This place was very close to Dollywood and the kitchen had everything you need except for spices/coffee filters. The place was very clean and the room was spacious. We will definitely be back.

The property was great and location was fantastic. I recommend this location to those that want to travel the Parkway or go to Dollywood. It was relatively easy to get anywhere.

This is a great condo in Pigeon Forge! We just stayed here for a week. The condo is on the top floor and very spacious. There are 2 elevators so you do not need to take the stairs. The balcony overlooks a river and it was very peaceful to sit outside. My husband and I brought our 2 teens and they each had their own room and a bathroom to share. The master has a spacious bathroom with a shower, big bathtub and walk in closet. It also has access to the balcony. The resort itself is very well maintained and quiet. We did not utilize the lazy river while we were there but it looked very nice and clean. The staff at the resort is very helpful. You do need to check in when you arrive to get key cards to access the amenities and a parking pass. We arrived late at night but the resort is staffed 24/7 so checking in was not an issue. There is plenty of parking so if you are getting back from Dollywood or a dinner show late you do not have to worry about finding a space. The condo is centrally located. Dollywood is about a 5 minute drive, you can see the Dolly Stampede right across the river and Gatlinburg is about a 15 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants near the resort and a Food City right down the street. You do need to take out your trash as with any VRBO but there is a trash room next to the elevators so you do not need to haul your trash downstairs. We really enjoyed staying here and will stay again next time we come to Pigeon Forge.

Love Riverstone Resort. The condo and property was perfect for our weekend trip. The location is fantastic as you are off the main strip but so close to Dollywood, The Old Mill and Dixie Stampede. The kids loved the lazy river pool. Definitely will go back.

We were very comfortable in this condo and enjoyed our stay. The property owner was easy to communicate with. Our 4 yo grandson loved the lazy river and jump pad which are very close to the condo. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable.

There is paint on everything terrible painting job every door handle ,light fixtures in master bathroom, every door hinge, Everything cut in looks like a kid did it.
