Scenic Kimberling City Condo w/ Lake Access, Boat Slip, Community Pool & Free Attraction Tickets

Loved the location of this condo and views of Tablerock Lake. The condo was elegant and comfortable. Being in Kimberling City to enjoy activities in Branson was convenient. Grocery store, great coffee shop, and a few other food options were available close by. Would stay again!

Our stay surpassed all expectations! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the quiet Ozark setting, nestled up in the hills. The condo and resort were both very clean and well maintained, plus, the proximity to nearby amenities—supermarket, Laketime Bistro etc.— was super convenient for us. The pool and pickleball courts were also fantastic! The place is perfect for booking a stay for couples as well as large family gatherings. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at the Ozark Mountain Resort! Our condo was clean, decorated beautifully and included extra touches that made our stay comfortable. The pool, pickleball courts and mini-golf provided lots of options to keep our two teen boys busy and happy. Lots of food options close by including a grocery store and coffee shop. Highly recommend!

Lovely property for a quick getaway. Well appointed, fresh and newly remodeled unit. Rent Branson was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. Will look to rent again!

To start, the resort was great. Quiet area and we were walking distance from the pool and activities. The reason I did not give this a 5 is some minor inconveniences. I understand this is the woods and given the location it can be hard to keep critters away. That said, each night, the patio was full of spiders and webs. We tried to sit out there twice with even trying to brush the area of spiders and still found them crawling on the furniture and screens next to us. We counted over 12 within 2-3 feet of the furniture. Just uncomfortable. We also found two brown recluses in the front bedroom during our last night. We got rid of both, but felt uncomfortable the rest of the night as that's where we slept. Lastly, we came across a cockroach in the back bedroom bathroom that same night near the shower. Could be unavoidable, but added to the discomfort. Maybe spraying the room and outdoor area could avoid the overwhelming presence of the spiders. Overall, the place was clean - so we were a bit surprised. Lastly, when we arrived, our check in notated that we can just “press any button on the keypad to lock the door” we did some shopping to get our vacation started and as I was leaving I attempted this. It did not work. I got worried I couldn't lock the front door before noticing a key box. Thought, oh I can use the same keypad code to open this. That worked. Then I locked the door and threw the key back in the box. Before walking away, I tried a random code and sure enough that also worked for the key box. In other words, anyone could have accessed the key box that we were unaware would even have a key given the check in instructions. This was a flaw and I feel lucky we decided to take a quick trip night 1. Again, overall a positive experience. Great resort. Clean pool with public pool rafts and toys. Put-put course was simple, but fun.

Our experience was wonderful and such a joy to be in such nice accommodations. We had beautiful views from inside and on the screened in patio. To have a boat slip available for our boat right there made our experience so easy. The amenities were also very nice. We especially took full advantage of the pickleball courts every evening before dinner, and then could relax and get reconnected with friends and family in a very comfortable environment. Ozark Vista 104 (w/ a boat slip) at the Ozark Mountain Resort is absolutely somewhere we will return.

We spent a week in an Ozark Vista condo at Ozark Mountain Resort. Everything was beyond our expectations. It all begin with EXCELLENT communication from the folks at Rent Branson. We had all the information we needed, before we needed it. Questions were answered immediately. The condo was amazing in every way: clean, modern, comfortable, very well equipped, and with a great view of Table Rock. Location was perfect; quiet solitude, but just minutes away from Branson and other attractions. We've vacationed in this area since the 1980s and this is, by far, our favorite place to stay. Thanks Ozark Mountain Resort for the perfect get-away!
