The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

The spacious master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, sliders to the patio, and a private master bath with tub/shower. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both feature queen size beds. The 2nd bath features a tub/shower.
