The condition and cleanliness of the condo is perfect. Location makes it easy to spend time on the beach, play golf, shop and go to restaurants.We have worked with Phil for two years. He has been outstanding to work with. No problems being able to contact him, very quick to get back to us with answers to questions, or resolve any concerns. We look forward to spending next March at Spinnakers Reach!

Kevin was extrememly helpful and accommodatig. We had absolutely zero issues with our stay. The property was very clean and spacious and as described. We did not do much outside of being on the beach daily. However, the area offers many choices on restaurants and family activities. We hope to be back for many years to come. Stayed Mar 18, 2023The condo was super clean, well stocked and convenient to all north FL attractions. The beds were very, very comfortable with higher quality linens. What a fantastic view!! The property manager was incredibly helpful and accommodative. Again.... the view... wow!! This property will not disappoint.

The condo was perfect.. neat, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect.. beach was right there, easy access to A1A, and areas like St Augustine.
