We enjoyed our stay in the condo itself. The parking at the facility was a little tight, and the ability to walk into the facility from the street was somewhat challenging.

Mikes place was perfect! We enjoyed our girls weekend. Everything we needed was there. Mike was very quick with responses to any of my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and easy to access elevator. The floors needed some cleaning but looked great.

This was an amazing place. The balcony was so large and it was extremely clean. Very well stocked. And the sheets were amazing soft. I definitely would stay again and highly recommend.

Mike was exceptionally fast in responding to any questions or concerns. The condo was very comfortable and inviting. The only issue was the weather, it could have been a little warmer but I guess someone up above has control over that.

The location was perfect! Very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and fun. The condo was very clean and unlike previous experiences, the elevators here worked amazing! (hardly any wait times) The balcony was large and allowed space for family meals with an incredible, peaceful view. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of five. The pool was great and easy access to the white sandy beach. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided clear, friendly instructions and support.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved sitting outside on the large balcony. The beach was a bit crowded but it was the holiday and no where near as crowded as some of the large condos nearby.Mike is a very responsive host.

Mike was wonderful to work with. The property is beautiful, and just as described. The view is spectacular. The condo is in a great location, very spacious, and has the amenities that you need. We will be back, and really enjoyed our vacation!

The amenities were great too. The only down side was one of the elevators was out for part of the trip so the wait time was not good.

The Condo was beautiful. Modern decor, Amazing view. There was abundance of towels and wash cloths. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Clean fresh smell. The balcony furniture was comfortable and in good condition.

The condo was lovely. Mike was a great host with excellent communication even before we arrived. Location is right in the middle of town so close to lots of food. Spring break crowds could be a little loud, but being on the 11th floor helped so we were not disturbed inside with the doors closed at night.We enjoyed our stay and time on the beach very much. Balcony view was great.Basic soap, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper provided. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and eating meals. The only thing we had to bring were beach towels, a couple laundry pods and paper towels. Thanks, Mike, for everything!

Family of 6 had a great time. Balcony views of ocean are phenomenal. Good location. Washer/dryer in unit was so handy. Owner was so responsive and checked in on us. Would stay there again!

Very pleased with the communication with the owner from the start. The condo is very clean and well maintained! We went for a getaway girls weekend and it was exactly what we needed! It sounds silly but even the elevators smelled nice. Very nice property. We had no issues with parking. Will definitely book again. future

Loved the condo, the location and the view.Mike was great!

Very clean and manager was quick to respond. Was dissappinted in the pull out couch as we were expecting it to be a full or queen size. So we had to get an air mattress. Otherwise the other beds were very comfortable. Balcony was nice. The sliding glass doors had a film in the inside panes but thats ok. The safe didnt work. We tried new batteries and still wouldnt come on.
