Nicely decorated condo with everything you need. Spectacular water view and close enough to hear the gulf shore waves. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Loved the gulf view and the beautiful beach. We observed dolphins and it's always fun to watch the surfers and the pelicans. The property was comfortable. The furniture was fine. The bed was comfy. There was very little available cabinet space as it seems guests leave a lot of kitchen items behind. The only minor negative comment is that there was a musty odor in the bedroom. But overall, this was a great property for a couple or a small family.

Great location with awesome view and accessibility to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Beach equipment and their location on the ground floor were very helpful. Good communication and check-in and check-out were smooth. Older property with an elevator that was out of service twice during our week-long stay. Maintenance guys say the elevator is being replaced this year.

Stayed in Orange Beach many times and loved the view from this condo! I wasn’t feeling well and could watch the sunrise and sunset from balcony. Ease of access to beach and parking were nice! The condo is also close to anything/everything you want or need. Janet was quick to answer any questions/concerns. Hope to stay here again next visit! Thank you Janet!

everything is great. I love the layout and the view is perfect. I could really live here and be happy.Today is our anniversary Dec 24. the day was great. shopping at Foley outlet, seafood dinner at Doc's and a perfect night just watching the mist off the balcony.... one for the records.

Very good host, loved the balcony, & bed was comfortable.Furniture wasn’t comfortable, living room rug needed cleaned, and toilet was too low.

Living area overlooked the beach. Perfect for the two of us. Great location. Quiet and great views of the beach. Could have had a few other amenities such as extra paper products and shower items. Needs updated toilet for elderly people.

The condo was exactly as described. The view of the white sandy beach was spectacular! The condo was completely stocked. The owner Janet thought of everything including a little storage closet that held beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Janet left a little welcome letter that included their favorite things to do and places to eat. We absolutely loved the personal touch that came with staying at Emerald Point 41!

Mrs. Janet was phenomenal to work with!!! She covered every single thing and I think I only had to ask 1 question. We will DEFINITELY be renting again!!!!

Our stay at Emerald Skye was fantastic! The view from the 4th floor balcony was spectacular!!! We could not have asked for better accommodations. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower felt amazing after a day at the beach. This truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Janet, for allowing us to spend my 60th birthday in your lovely condo. We will definitely be back!!!

On the whole, the unit was very nice, but the bathroom needs a lot of upgrades. That sand bucket of a toilet was very challenging for two people in their mid seventies and grab bars should be installed to assist in getting out of the shower

We had a fantastic time! The condo was so welcoming and comfy! We felt like we were at home. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. This was our first time coming, but we will definitely be back!

We chose Orange Beach for our 25th year anniversary. We could not be more happy with the location. Even on the Fourth of July, the beach was uncrowded.I enjoyed getting up early and sitting on the balcony to do my Bible study, watch the sunrise. and take beautiful pictures.We had planned to go do some things in the area and actually only left one day out of 10. It was too relaxing and enjoyable to want to spend our time anywhere else.The owner was very responsive to inquiries and even dropped off a brand new toaster oven while we were thereThere is a closet that is fully stocked with beach equipment. I would suggest that if it is a windy day, you splurge and rent the heavy umbrellas and chairs. They’re set up and reserved for you and there’s no chance of your umbrella going inside out or flying down the beach. Completely relaxed when we left. My goal was met.

We loved our stay here! It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrellas in the locked closet that you could grab on the way to the beach! The place was very clean when we arrived! I will say that we maxed the space out with two adults and four kids. The pull out couch bed was just fine for my two teen boys. The bunk beds are nice but my teen daughter had a hard time sleeping as it was just too small for her. But we made do and had a blast! Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding property, great location, close enough to town and the attractions, yet never busy o r crowded. The place is right on the beach, love the views from the balcony, front room, dinning table, kitchen they were all great. Kitchen is well stocked with everything need except the food. Refrigerator keeps things ice cold and there is a ice maker. For the price they could give more than on roll of toilet paper. Our only complaint is the master bedroom mattress, it is horrible, very old and worn out, we know every spring and coil in it. We loved everything else about it. Very secure, nice area and the storage closet has everything for the beach. We are planning a return.

My wife and I were in town for a music festival and this was a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Quick response and accurate. Only small negative was on checkout day and the owners fault. Single elevator was out so going up and down the stairs with a lot of gear was a surprise. Otherwise fantastic!

Spacious end unit with great views; unit is very well suppled. The location is convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping, etc. Appreciated easy communication with manager. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. Love the easy access to the beach, and the storage room to put our beach chairs in. We had a lovely time. Great views for morning coffee and dinner on the balcony.

Wonderful location with private balcony. Corner unit! Nice layout with places to put luggage and toiletries. Conveniently located and just steps away from beach. Window by patio door would not stay open (just needs a stick) and beach gate access code was not updated on the info in the house. Great place and I would highly recommend

Was a nice property, enjoyed the balcony. The condominium complex was older and the management company was not very good with property maintenance. We did like smaller number of condos in building, which led to less crowded beach. Verycommunication

Overall our stay was quite pleasant. The view was wonderful, the furniture was comfortable. Being there in January, it was a bit chilly for sitting on the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay and really loved the views. Corner unit a huge plus.

Beautiful beach!

Our all-too-short stay was delightful. The property was as advertised with a delightful view of both the Gulf (from the balcony) and Eastward along the beach to Perdido Pass about a mile away. I can imagine sitting at the table drinking morning coffee and watching the Charter boats heading out for a days fishing in season. The Condo building next to us had a lighted private pier allowing us to watch the surf around the pier long after the sun had set. A delightful stay in an ideal location.

We came for a quick trip with our son who was home for college and Thanksgiving Break. It was quiet and clean. The view was perfect, just the right size for the 3 of us.

Ideal condo for me - just a few days at the beach to enjoy solitude and the ocean. Love that this condo is not one of the expensive high-rises. Communication with owner-excellent. Appreciated all the info provided for check in and check out. This condo provided excellent views of the Gulf - so enjoyed sitting on the balcony (in spite of 1 rainy day). Was a plus the owner had chairs available for use. Would recommend !!!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Skye. Communication with Janet was great. The unit had been cleaned well, but the couch and throw rug were stained and probably need to be replaced. The location was great. Even though the weather was bad much of the week, we enjoyed the views from the balcony and window over the dining table.

My husband and I spent 5 nights in Orange Beach at this condo. It was clean and in a great location near the pier with a great balcony space overlooking the ocean. We loved that the host provided chairs and umbrellas and we did not have to rent. Many restaurants near by. Highly recommend!

The entire property needs to be updated. The tile flooring and grout should be professionally cleaned. I would not walk barefoot in the place. The bedroom smelled like a pile of wet soiled towels.

My husband and I booked our trip months in advance to celebrate my husband’s birthday, but a couple of weeks before we left my husband’s youngest brother and his girlfriend moved closer to us. We were all talking one evening and decided that not only should his youngest brother and girlfriend ( who had never been to the beach) come but also his other brother and make it a really special trip. I contacted Janet, the owner, and she had absolutely no problem with us adding the family. We booked a one bed/one bath, and it slept six people. It was a little crowded but we made it work. The condo was beautiful and the views will make you never want to leave. There are plenty of places to go eat nearby and lots of things to do, besides go to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. We are planning another trip for next year but with a bigger unit. If my husband and I come back alone, we will definitely be contacting Janet again.

Janet was available to answer all questions and provided a bunch of recommendations. Great price, great location. PS….she probably needs to replace the towels. Wink

We loved our stay at Janet’s condo! It was smaller than what we usually rent, but it still fit our family of 5 comfortably. Everything we needed was at our fingertips with a fully stocked kitchen, pool, and the gulf steps away! We saw all sorts of marine life daily, and it was such a peaceful and wonderful week. Janet was very responsive, and although we aren’t a family of complainers (what is there to complain about when you’re at the beach?!), I know she would have addressed any issues. We would definitely rent from her again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Highlights: Super easy beach access on an uncrowded beach, easy rentals of beach chairs and umbrellas, plus extra chairs and umbrellas in the sand locker. The bed was creaky but comfortable, with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. It was very hot outside so the air units worked overtime but kept the unit cool. Lots of kitchen appliances and dishes in a very nice little kitchen. Perfect for two people!
