The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike or rent a golf cart to get around.

South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!

By creating this reservation and/or staying in one of our properties located at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that the Guest will be required to sign two forms acknowledging and agreeing to Sapphire Condominium’s rules and regulations. Those forms represent a separate contract, agreement, or commitment between the Guest and Sapphire Condominium and are not created, issued, controlled, or associated with GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host in any way. The rules and regulations are created and enforced by Sapphire Condominium, not by GISO Vacation Rentals or the Host. The Guest further agrees that if the Guest, any member of the Guest’s party, or any visitor violates any Sapphire Condominium rule and a fine, fee, penalty, or charge is imposed, the Guest will be fully financially responsible for paying that amount.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. For reservations at Sapphire Condominium, the Guest acknowledges and understands that Sapphire Condominium strictly enforces a maximum occupancy limit of eight (8) guests, including children and infants. No exceptions will be allowed. The Guest further agrees that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is a violation of Sapphire Condominium rules and may result in denied access, removal, cancellation, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges, for which the Guest will be fully financially responsible.

Sapphire Policy during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`

Condo Rules:

- Guest registration forms must be emailed prior to guest arrival.
- Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited.
- Children must not be left unattended on balconies.
- The primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid identification document is required at check-in.
- A maximum of 8 guests are permitted, including infants and children. Exceptions are not allowed.
- Only registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
- Only owners are permitted to have guests.
- Candles are not permitted in the condominium.
- Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- Failure to comply with Sapphire regulations may result in fines and/or eviction.

Please note that Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public. You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you wish to access their pool.

    We loved this property. The views were amazing and it’s located right next to Margaritaville. The Owners responded quickly any time we had a question. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again.

    Sylvia is a great host, and comminuted often. The condo is set up nicely, and very clean! The pool and outdoor area is well laid out, and a good place to relax. Will definitely stay here again!

    Nicely modeled condo beachfront property. Great for families! Enjoyed fishing and being close to ocean. Highly recommend. Property managers were communicative and accommodating!

    Unit was absolutely amazing. Fantastic ocean and bay views. Property was clean and well taken care of. Hosts could not have been more accommodating. Smoke alarms went off temporarily and Sylvia was all over it getting maintenance to the unit almost immediately and showed great concern for our inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again given the opportunity. 6 Stars!!!

    Everything I have to say about this place is fantastic. Great communication, great Condo that looks exactly like the pictures. The view is breathtaking. Great amenities, specifically the pool. Easy beach access. The beach was amazing also - clear water and beautiful sand. We had a great time! The owner went above and beyond for us on a special request as well.

    The Sapphire is a nice condo. That was our second time to stay there.They were having issues with AC and Internet in the building, but they had a lot of people working on fixing it until it was fixed. All the staff there were really nice. The kids loved the pool, and the beach was right past it. Lots of jellyfish this time of year. 3 out of 4 of us were stung. Luckily there is a water hose at the end of the boardwalk for the condo and we could spray it off right away. The hot tub helped it feel better, too. Overall, very good vacation.

    Fabulous condo for our annual family trip to SPI. Clean, beautiful, and spacious with spectacular views of the ocean. We look forward to many more stays here.

    Our family loves the beach, and we always stay at The Sapphire. Out of all of the condos we have stayed this condo was the best. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere and the wagon really helped us out so much. The views of the beach and bay was absolutely breathtaking. We had an amazing view of the fireworks while eating dinner on the balcony. The manager was very understanding when we were 30 minutes late with checkout. I would definitely recommend 2501!!!!
