Location was perfect and parking easy and convenient. Loved having the fireplace in the evening. Kitchen is wonderful too!

A lovely elegant centrally located property. We could walk to the Plaza and Governers Palace as well as the Georgia O'keefe museum.Nothing was missing. We could cook meals in, lounge around the fire pit or grill.All details and amenities covered.

If we tried hard we would be unable to find even one thing to complain about. The location is conveniently located within walking distance of culture, shopping and an array of great restaurants. Our group of college friends took full advantage of the kitchen and courtyard. The fire pit table was great fun. The house had enough space for both group activities and privacy when needed. My friends and I meet once a year for a girls trip. We have done this for the last ten years and this property was by far the best we have stayed at. Everything about this Santa Fe Property is exceptional! The Host, Kerry, was superb from the booking until we left the property. The house was close to everything we needed, a short walk to the Plaza, but best of all, had a big living room and a lovely outdoor space with plenty of chairs and even a fireplace and fire table. We did not need ONE thing that the owners did not provide. There were six of us, and the three bedrooms were just ideal. I cannot say enough good things about this property, and especially Kerry and Sharon!!! We hope to be back next year, and won't even look for anything else!

Several friends and I were in Santa Fe for the Literary Festival. The home embodies the perfect Santa Fe vibe. Everything was perfect — I can’t think of a single negative thing. In fact, everything I can think of on any dimension can only be described in superlatives and way above expectations. There’s a bit of street noise but that’s the small price to pay for such a wonderful location. I have booked my next stay in the fall and for next year’s Literary Festival and consider this my new home away from home. The property lived up to its description. The location was within easy walking distance of downtown. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen with a goodie, basket of snacks and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Very pleased. Would happily rent again.

This property is exceedingly comfortable. It is within minutes of Old Town Santa Fe. We walked everyhwere. The dedicated parking garage is ideal. Six of us stayed for 4 nights and never felt crowded. Kerry is a most considerate host. All inquiries were answered in a timely manner.

This property was perfect for me and my two sisters! So clean, so warm, so fresh. Beautifully appointed rooms, snacks on the counter, rapid replies from the owner. Location to Downtown and the Plaza was a very away (about 5-10 minutes). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This a great host!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—from the quality linens and plush towels to the well-stocked kitchen with high-end appliances and cookware.The WiFi instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we especially appreciated the secure gated access to the building. Having two reserved, secure parking spaces was a huge bonus, especially being so close to the Plaza.It was an easy stroll to all the shops, galleries, restaurants, and historic sites—we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The larger complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with lovely landscaped areas.The owner was also incredibly responsive—when we had a quick question, they got back to us right away. Highly recommend this spot!

Our family group of four adults and two children spent a great week at this lovely townhouse. Location is ideal for downtown shops, restaurants, and walking, and the condo is nicely decorated, and exceptionally well-stocked with linens, beds, toiletries, kitchen supplies and snacks- all of the highest quality. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces (inside and out) on chilly December nights. A hit with all three generations. We hope to return!

Perfect in all respects beyond expectations

Our 3 generation family trip to Santa Fe was excellent in every way. Accommodations and communication were perfect. Location is right in the heart of Santa Fe and a quick drive to anything other than city center. We loved our trip and Santa Fe in the winter SO much that we want it to be our new annual tradition!

Everything was present and just as described in the listing. The owner was very helpful and responsive and there were no surprises when we arrived. Perfect stay. It would have been nice if the gas fireplaces were working but there was an outdoor propane gas pit that sufficed well enough.

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end! Condo was spotless and decorated very tastefully. Great location to walk everywhere. Loved having coffee on the patio every morning. Hope to come back soon!
