Comfortable, reasonably priced,and on the beach

The condo has a mold/musty issue so bad we kept the sliders open the entire time. We attempted to open the bedroom windows but one had broken glass covered with tape. The guest room toilet needs maintenance as it often would be stuck and not fill. The dishes in the cupboards had pieces of food on them. The instructions need updating as there wasn't any code needed for entry. The large slider was unlocked upon arrival. Our feet were black with dirt if we didn't wear our shoes. There were holes in drapery and blinds. The water temperature was barely warm. We had inquired about coffee pot and was told it was drip. We use Keurig at home so had to go buy ground coffee and filters. Upon arrival there was a Keurig in the condo. The recliner was very worn.

We enjoyed our stay in Maderia. The location is amazing. All went smoothly with the stay and the host responded quickly to any questions.

Very nice condo. Roomy, clean. Was expecting a beach front room but otherwise a great room. Walking distance to John's Pass.

This property needs a good declutter and cleaning. We couldnt use the closet because it was full of sand.

This condo is in the perfect location for the beach and dining/shopping! Check in was very easy and the owners made it easy to get in touch with them if I needed anything.

Location and proximity to John's Pass was great. The place could use a few updates. Other than that, nice place to stay.

Nice two bedroom, two bath condo right on the beach with a pool. You can walk right across the road to St. John's Pass to shop and eat.

This was the perfect little place for our family of 5. A short, easy walk to the beach as well as to little shops and restaurants! There were sand toys, chairs, towels and everything we needed and more during our stay!

The unit was outdated. Basic minimum standards were met. However the pans are chipped, knives are few and far between, the pillowcases were vary soiled looking. The furniture is beat up and shows signs of water damage including the vanities in the bathrooms. The master bedroom mattress was rediculously hard.

The property was exactly as advertised and the hosts were very good about staying in contact and responding to any concerns. The location was perfect, directly across the street from John’s Pass, giving us easy access to restaurants and shops without having to drive and pay for parking.

Nice condo with easy beach access and lots of activities around. Really appreciated the array of beach toys and chairs available for use as well as most every item you could need provided in the kitchen, including both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. Would definitely stay here again
