Stayed Oct 6, 2025We loved this condo! We have stayed at Edgewater before but we will definitely stay at Sandy Sunsets again. We loved that we had beach towels and beach chairs to use. The sixth floor was perfectly located so we could see dolphins in the ocean but weren’t up too high. The pools and hot tubs were all clean and working. Megan was very responsive and check-in couldn’t have been easier!

This place was amazing and I’m so excited that I booked next year ❤️ So comfortable, close to everything, and just amazing to walk out on the beach and enjoy everything!

Stayed Sep 14, 2024We really enjoyed our stay for the week. Everything was as listed, no problems. Megan was great keeping me updated. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us plus my 19mth old grandson to play. We would suggest this condo to our friends Thank you Megan!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024This property was beautiful. Tower 3 is quite, but still convenient to amenities. My family was there for my daughter’s national dance competition. It was so nice to be able to walk to the venue. The room decor was light, airy and serene. The full view sliding door in living room gave a wonderful view of the beach. The beds were comfortable. We liked having two king beds. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Showers were nice. Communication with management was efficient. Parking pass was ready upon arrival. We didn’t have any hiccups. I can’t recommend this room enough.

Stayed May 25, 2024Had a great stay and experience at Edgewater, 605!! Megan was very responsive and thorough from start to finish. The condo was very clean with a nice view of the beach. It was also equipped with beach chairs which was a plus, saved us money on renting them. I would totally recommend doing business with Megan and stay again in the future.
