The Space:

Step inside and head straight to your private balcony, where ocean views set the tone for a relaxing stay. The family room offers a cozy place to unwind with a couch, a smart TV on a stand, and a fireplace that adds a warm, inviting touch. Just beyond, the kitchenette-style kitchen features granite countertops, essential appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for two—ideal for quick bites or morning coffee. A dining table for four sits conveniently across from the kitchen and family room, creating an easy flow for meals, games, or planning the next day’s beach adventures.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 1 private bedroom, as well as a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a set of twin size bunk beds beside the living room.



The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Please, laundry facilities are not available in this home. Coin laundry is available.

· Garage and lot parking for 2 vehicles available, parking pass required from front desk.

· Resort fee:

o $40 for up to 2 vehicles up to 7 days another $40 will cover up to 30 days for each vehicle.

o Includes 2 parking passes and wristband to grant access to all amenities.

o Check in at the front desk in the lobby to pay for parking, receive Wi-Fi info and to get wrist bands for amenities.

o There is a $5.00 fee at the front desk if guest loses their wristband for the amenities.

· Children’s dinnerware, books & toys provided.

· Long-term stays allowed.
