Sandy Point 111 - Anna Maria Island - Condo 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath, maximum occupancy of 4 people.

The bedrooms are both large. The furniture in the living room is comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and kitchen tools. Having the shopping centers across the street was very convenient. We loved the Holy Cow ice cream and thought it was the best on the island! The location was good; it is in the middle of the island. The closet beach is about 4-5 minutes away. Beach access points are on the road behind the Publix. The people from Paradise Realty who manage the place were terririfc, quite communicative and helpful. Suggestions: Have the owner's association use sand paint on the landings. I slipped and had a bad fall due to rain on the landing. Water and the current paint makes it like an ice rink. It is time to get rid of the carpet. Add a guide to using the remote. It took us a lot of trial & error to figure it out. Sharpen the knives. The bread knife was the only one that had a edge that could cut anything. Is there anyway to get the pool to not smell so bad? It stinks of sulfur. If I had not fallen, I would have rated this higher, but I spent most of my vacation not being able to go in the water due to my injuries.

First, the good stuff: great location, super soft sheets, lots of nice towels, including beach towels, push button entry, really liked not having to use a key, lovely patio, beach chairs and stuff in the closet in the garage. The configuration in the master bathroom/walk-in closet was tight and awkward. Only one person could be in there, or one in the closet, one in the bathroom. But we enjoyed our stay.

Love the location but the carpet is very dirty we was walking Bear food we have 1 year old and our feet was dirty from carpet . And the facet in the tub is not working to good. The pressure of water is barely working.

The location is very convenient to Publix and a short walk to the beach. It is also located directly on the Trolly pick spot. It gets a little busy during Spring Break. If possible go at a different time.

This condo unit is a quick walk to the beach, Publix is across the street, and it was quiet and clean

Nice location, quiet complex, some things could be updated but it was adequate.

Very clean and bright. Nice neighbors. Only thing I would update is the double mattress to a queen.

Our stay in this property was with 2 couples. We were pleased with the location on AMI; close to everything, including the grocery store, restaurants, and even the walkway pier for wildlife viewing. The grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool one day as well. The unit itself was in good shape, and it was great to have 2 bathrooms so that each couple had one. We would consider staying here again if we return. We loved Anna Maria Island!
